Room etc was excellent, just a bit tight in the toilet. We had 1 Small breakfast but found it expensive. But the Lady doing the service was lovely. We had a Carvery on Sunday with family which was nice but a few issues with the food not being up to the usual Standard for The Inn for All Seasons. I know this place from when I was young and it was The Waggoner's and since moving away I come to visit regularly this was always the place for the family get together. There was a lot of queuing due to being busy which is fabulous but sadly we were held up even more with issues with the meat, the guy cutting the meat was very professional and apologetic because there was issues with the Beef , Gammon and no available Turkey, we knew there were issues but he was trying not to show what was going on and as he was handling it so well we were fine with the wait. I just skipped the meat and went for the veg as I did see the Beef and Gammon and didn’t want to touch meat after that. But we had a lovely get together and while we’re at it there were drinks that were ordered and put on the tab but never came.

I was pleasantly surprised with this stay. As a budget hotel its streets ahead of your bog standard Ibis, Travelodge etc. A fully active carvery, a good lunch menu, a good well stocked bar, outstanding, interactive, friendly and helpful staff - I had a tight schedule which they took in their stride and provided me meals and pots of tea/coffee etc outside of normal service times. The room was smallish but came with Wi-Fi and a workspace so no issues in that respect. General areas and room were clean and tidy, with towels & bathroom bits n bobs provided, a comfy bed and curtains that closed LOL!. No problems at all with the place. I've stayed in a lot of worse places and paid a lot more money just because of the name of the hotel chain. Can recommend this place.

I can't believe how great value Inn for all Seasons is. We travelled down for a wedding over May bank holiday and stayed for 4 nights, it was less than £100 a night, the bed was extremely comfortable and huge! Usually when you get to hotels you get flat pillows but it felt very homely with great quality duvet and pillows. The shower was a lovely walk in shower which was powerful. We had breakfast one morning which was ok, good value but I personally prefer exploring and having food out. Staff was friendly when we spoke with them but we didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

On arrival, booking in was easy. The room and ensuite were spotless and had everythng I needed for my stay. Breakfast was very good, hot food freshly made when ordered and plenty of choice. Dinner was excellent, a good variety of different dishes on the menu, also a carvery some days as well as specials to choose from. I was delighted that I booked to stay at Inn for all Seasons. The service was very good, and being a solo traveller, I felt if I needed anything that nothing was too much trouble. It was a great experience and I hope to stay there again sometime soon.

Conveniently located for onward travel. Bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean and functional and shower gels etc were provided which I wasn’t expecting. Also good tea and coffee making facilities..with a cafetière. The one exceptional point was the staff..when we arrived we were wet and tired ..they had the last serving in the evening but happily provided a sandwich at no charge. Breakfast started promptly at 7am and again the staff were friendly and happy to alter set breakfast menu to suit. Plenty of parking.
